Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. Within 72 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of service cost. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 70% of service cost. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations and no shows will be charged 90% of service cost. When booking any service, regardless of method of booking, it will be assumed you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy and assume financial responsibility for cancellations within the 72 hour window. 

Big Curl Studio offers a wide range of services including haircuts, styling, coloring, waxing and now luxury hair extensions. I specialize in custom color and offer color corrections as well. Not sure what you need/want? book a consultation :)

You can make an appointment at Big Curl Studio by using our online booking system on our website. If you're a new color client you'll need to book a consultation before any coloring  appointments will be approved.

While we do accept credit/debit card payments, CASH is queen at Big Curl Studio. Venmo is also accepted :)

Please note that all debit/credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% fee. To avoid this please plan ahead to bring cash. If you need an estimate for your scheduled services please reach out by phone.

Please arrive to all appointments with clean and DRY hair. The only exceptions to this are haircut or styling services that include a wash.

 All of my current clients, and potential clients, are incredibly important to me. I always want you to feel taken care of. If you have not heard back from me within 3 business days it is likely because of one or more of the following reasons: 

-Your message did not come through or was sent to junk mail. I have a love/hate relationship with technology :) 

- Your inquiry can be answered by looking over the website.

- I saw your message, responded in my head, then got distracted and forgot to send my message.
